Padstone Drive, Birmingham

We have recently completed a small project in Royal Sutton Coldfield, on the outskirts of Birmingham. A property developer completed a development without consideration for a retaining wall in the rear garden of two properties. As a result of this a neighbouring timber building needed to be demolished, a reduced level dig completed and a king post wall constructed including a boundary fence and cladding.

Seva Rail were chosen to complete this project because of our ability to work in challenging locations, with restricted access and our clear communication with site neighbours. 

Upon final completion, the residents and client were extremely satisfied with the completed project. We left the site as a blank canvas for the clients’ landscaper to come in and work their magic.
