Seva Rail aims to maintain and develop a first class safety culture within the company and we are fully committed to the prevention of accidents, injuries and ill health.
Our HSQE manager is available to advise the company on the implementation of the health and safety policy. We aim to achieve a safe working environment with no work related accidents or ill-health, which we want to maintain year on year.

Safe Work Policy
Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, every employee has the right to refuse to carry out work which is unsafe.
It is the employees’ right, and duty to report any concerns that they have on carrying out a task that they feel will be unsafe. Genuine cases of refusal to work on grounds of health and safety will be free from disciplinary action or discrimination
